We are firmly and confidently seated in Scotland County, North Carolina.

All chicks are from our own farm, fed our own feed mix, and are compassionately, passionately, and honorably raised.  We have a spotlessly clean hatchery, deep bedding in our coops, fresh feed and water available at all times to all birds.  We use natural products to treat our flock unless absolutely necessary, and promptly rehabilitate our birds.

We value honor, transparency, openness, and an old fashioned gentleman's handshake.  We are not a hatchery, we are quality committed breeders of the white American Bresse we have now trademarked as NORTH STAR GAULOISE.
